Service Note No. 12 - Initiation

• *To be carried out when: See problem description below and after changing the actuator lifting the boom or restoring backup. Problem description * The tower can’t turn left and doesn’t alarm for it. * Current overload alarm when parking the boom downward. - Park the robot in manual mode. - In the recipe menu, move down to password service - Press the yellow “i” key and enter “1432” (start with the last digit). - Warning: Do not press F3, since it will erase all pen types and recipes in the memory. - Press F1 – Init Counters until the number 1 appears in the field to the right. - Press F4 – Exit. - Press F2 – Manual - Lift the boom to horizontal level (arrow down). - Extract the telescope about 0,5m (F1 + arrow up). - Run the arm out to vertical level (F1 + arrow right). - Turn the nozzle and stop when it points to the left (F2 + arrow left). - Park the arm, F1 + arrow left until it stops. - Park the telescope, F1 + arrow down until it stops. - Turn the tower approx. 45º to the right of center (arrow right). - Park the tower, arrow left until it stops. - Park the boom, arrow up until it stops. - Press F4 – Finish. - Press F1 – Teach. - Press F2 – Arrow keys - Lift the boom to horizontal level (arrow down). - Turn the tower approx. 90º to the left (arrow left). - Turn the tower approx. 90º to the right of the robot (arrow right). - Park the tower, arrow left until it stops automatically in the center. - Repeat step 21 to 23. - Park the boom, arrow up until it stops. - Press F4 –F4– F2-Finish without saving the pen type. |
