Service Note No. 12 - Initiation

Description

If robot has lost its position, an initiation must be carried out. This is needed if:

  • The tower can't turn left and doesn't alarm for it
  • Current overload alarm shows when parking the boom downwards
  • Actuator has been changed

Instruction

  1. Park robot in manual mode
  2. In the recipe menu, move down to passwor service
  3. Press the yellow “i” button and enter “1432” (Start with the last digit)
  4. Warning: Do not press F3, since it will erase all pen types in the memory.
  5. Press F1 – Init Counters until the number 1 appears in the field to the right.
  6. Press F4 – Exit.
  7. Press F2 – Manual
  8. Lift the boom to horizontal level (arrow down).
  9. Extract the telescope about 0,5m (F1 + arrow up).
  10. Run the arm out to vertical level (F1 + arrow right).
  11. Turn the nozzle and stop when it points to the left (F2 + arrow left).
  12. Park the arm, F1 + arrow left until it stops.
  13. Park the telescope, F1 + arrow down until it stops.
  14. Turn the tower approx. 45º to the right of center (arrow right).
  15. Park the tower, arrow left until it stops.
  16. Park the boom, arrow up until it stops.
  17. Press F4 – Finish.
  18. Press F1 – Teach.
  19. Press F2 – Arrow keys
  20. Lift the boom to horizontal level (arrow down).
  21. Turn the tower approx. 90º to the left (arrow left).
  22. Turn the tower approx. 90º to the right of the robot (arrow right).
  23. Park the tower, arrow left until it stops automatically in the center.
  24. Repeat step 21 to 23.
  25. Park the boom, arrow up until it stops.
  26. Press F4 –F4– F2-Finish without saving the pen type.
