The emergency stop button immediately cease all movements when pushed. This means all motors and actuators will stop and the water valve will close.

The button is located just below the operators panel.

In order to reset the emergency stop you need to mechanically reset the button by pulling it outwards as well as resetting the emergency status in the software by pushing the big red button on the screen.
