Nothing happens when the screen is pressed or it reacts but it is not possible to leave the Start screen.

• Press Settings. If the panel beeps and the password prompt shows, but nothing happens after the password has been entered correctly, the panel has probably not been set in Run mode after an update. Contact Service for assistance.
• Check for panel damages, for example holes in the screen overlay or cracks in the black housing, leading to water ingress. Water might even be visible under the overlay. Water could dry up given some time, allowing the screen to start reacting, but the root cause must be found.
