A number of different causes are possible

• Hose stuck
  • Check that the reel is moving freely by manually turning it
• Hose grows on reel
• Chain has jumped off
• Motor is broken
  • Check if PLB software is 1.17 or above (softer motor drive)
• Motor cable is damaged
