When the robot does not notify about finished washes or alarms through SMS please check the following:

• That notifications about finished washes are enabled on the washing screen
• That notifications about alarms are enabled on the Internet screen
• That the phone number is entered correctly. Don't forget the country code.
• That the signal strength is good
  • The signal strength (RSSI) does however not give a complete picture of the signal strength and quality. For example, the signal strength can be adequate but the quality can be poor and the noise can be strong. Things that affect the signal are for example cell tower load, proximity to the cellular tower, physical barriers (mountains, buildings, etc.) and weather.
• That the antenna cables are not damaged
